The rules of conduct of Participants during the Military festival "battle Field"
These Regulations define the status, rights and obligations of the Participant of a Military festival "the battlefield" (hereinafter "Festival") and also the order of interaction with other Participants, Visitors, administration of the Festival. These Rules are mandatory for all persons wishing to participate in the Festival as a Party.
Attention!
The fact of filing applications for participation in a Military festival "battle Field" and arrival to the Festival implies knowledge and full consent with all points of these Rules, and with all the attendant organizational plans, program of the Festival and Terms of participation in the Military festival "battle Field" posted on the website http://pole-boya.ru.
- General provisions
- Festival participant – the person (natural or legal) who has submitted personally or through a representative application accepted by the authority and according to which Party is allowed to participate in the Festival.
- Submission of applications by certain categories of Participants:
- To participate in the Festival, the representative of the legal entity, submits to the administration of the Festival:
- the application of the established form;
- questionnaire of the established form;
- provide a power of attorney, passport or equivalent document.
- To participate in the Festival, a natural person 18 years and older, enrolls in the administration of the Festival:
- the application of the established form;
- questionnaire of the established form;
- you must have the passport or the document replacing it.
- To participate in the Festival, a person from 16-18 years old, takes the administration of the Festival:
- the application of the established form;
- questionnaire of the established form;
- you must have the passport or the document replacing it.
- is a receipt from parents to allow independent participation in the Festival, with contact information (including phone numbers).
- Children under 16 years are admitted to the Festival unless accompanied by parents or responsible persons. Their participation in the reconstruction performances using pyrotechnics, military equipment and other potentially dangerous property is NOT ALLOWED!
- To participate in the Festival, the representative of the legal entity, submits to the administration of the Festival:
- Parents and/or responsible parties are solely responsible for the child at the Festival.
- All the events announced at the Festival, are open to Visitors and Participants of the Festival.
- Administration (sponsor) of the Festival is only responsible for the safety of the property, which was put under the protection of the security staff of the Festival. The security staff of the Festival are in overall control of the order and safety of property of the Festival and property of Participants of the Festival and do not provide personal protection personal property of each Participant.
- Failure to comply with, as well as a violation by the Participant of these Regulations relieve the administration (the organizer) of the Festival from liability for damage to life, health, property of the Participant.
- The participant has the right:
- free to attend all the events held at the Festival, except for the restrictions set forth in these Rules;
- to participate in all activities of the Festival if it received permission from the management (organizer) of the Festival;
- to organize/participate in interactive areas of the Festival, approved by the management (organizer) of the Festival and assigned to the Participant.
- to inform (the founder) of the Festival to submit an application its suggestions, questions and comments.
- to place and reside in his tent/tent on the Festival grounds, in designated, secure place. To place owned by the Participant vehicle at a specially designated area for vehicles (Parking lot).
- to contact the security staff of the Festival with the valid complaints about the behavior of other Participants that violate the regulations and requirements established by these Rules;
- contact the administration (the founder) of the Festival with substantiated complaints of misconduct and requirements of employees of a protection service of the Festival.
- The participant is obliged:
- to comply with the current legislation of the Russian Federation and these Rules;
- to have and to constantly carry the BADGE of the Participant. The PASS is the main document of the Participant of the Festival, confirming the right to participate in the Festival.
If the Participant PASSES, he is not allowed to the territory of the Festival or withdrawn to the territory of the Festival. The participant who has lost the BADGEmust immediately report its loss to the nearest officer of the guard or to the Registrar, then contact the administration and get a new PASS. - upon request of the security staff of the Festival or the management (organizer) of the Festival, to present the BADGE for inspection;
- to observe the regime of "rest", not to disturb other Participants of the Festival, in places of residence. Mode "peace" is established with 23-00 to 8-00 in the morning;
- take care of the property of the Festival and property of Participants of the Festival;
- to meet the requirements of security staff in the Festival, associated with the discharge of their duties;
- go through the safety briefing while on the Festival grounds and participation in the events at the Festival, personally to review and sign, confirming the acquaintance with the safety instructions.
- The participant is prohibited:
- to stay on the territory of the Festival without SKIPPING the Party. A person with no on-site Festival PASSis immediately deleted from the territory;
- to pass SKIP of the Party to others. If it is determined that the SKIPPING Participant is not the owner, and this OMISSION of the Participant not reported as lost, the owner PASSES will be denied further participation in the Festival, and whoever possesses the PASS will be withdrawn from the territory of the Festival;
- to cause fights and other disturbances, to provoke or incite a fight, to shout insulting or provocative words and slogans addressed to the Participants of the Festival and Festival goers.
Administration (sponsor) the Festival reserves the right to expel from the Festival grounds to prevent such actions and to transfer to law enforcement authorities the person suspected of committing such acts. - to interfere with the work of the Festival;
- to provoke the security staff of the Festival on the use of physical force;
- to comply with reasonable requests of the security staff of the Festival, associated with the discharge of their duties;
- to be brought into the Festival area any liquid in a glass container;
- Smoking in areas with special designation or a warning – "No Smoking!".
- to make a mess and refuse to clean up left over debris;
- to be on the Festival grounds in a condition of alcoholic or narcotic intoxication;
- use at the camp for the Participants of the Festival open flames, including candles and gas burners;
- causing any damage to the property of Participants, the management (organizer) of the Festival at the Festival venue. The person who caused the damage to the property, is obliged to compensate the full cost to the property owner. In case of refusal to pay damages, the Party causing the damage is removed from the Festival without refund of any costs.
